Refund and Returns Policy

At QuickPlant, we aim to deliver healthy plants and reliable services. Since plants are living products and services involve human effort, refunds and replacements are handled carefully and fairly.


Products (Plants, Pots & Garden Items)

Important Note

Plants are living items and natural variations in size, color, and shape are normal.

Eligible for Replacement / Refund

  • Plant received is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in the order

Customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.


Not Eligible for Refund

  • Damage caused after delivery due to watering, sunlight, or care issues
  • Natural plant shedding or adjustment
  • Delay caused by customer unavailability

Resolution Process

  • Replacement preferred wherever possible
  • Refund issued only if replacement is not available
  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–7 working days

Services (Plant Care / Gardener / Decor)

Eligible for Refund / Reschedule

  • Service not performed as confirmed
  • Gardener did not arrive on scheduled time without notice
  • Service cancelled by QuickPlant

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Service dissatisfaction after completion
  • Change of mind after service is performed
  • Access not provided by customer at service location

Rescheduling

  • Services can be rescheduled if informed at least 24 hours in advance
  • Emergency reschedules are handled case-by-case

Cancellations

  • Orders or services cancelled after dispatch or assignment may not be refundable
  • Cancellation rules may vary based on vendor or service type

Final Decision

  • QuickPlant reserves the right to verify all refund or replacement requests
  • Final decision will be based on evidence, vendor confirmation, and policy guidelines
